General Terms and Conditions for Client Referral Program

1. Eligibility:

  • This referral program is open to all existing clients of Astrum Consultants.
  • Employees of Astrum Consultants and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process:

  • Clients can refer new clients by any means including verbal and written.
  • Current clients and the referred client must advise Astrum Consultants of the referral.
  • The referred client must be a new client who has not previously purchased services from Astrum Consultants.

3. Qualifying Referrals:

  • A qualifying referral is defined as a new client who:
    1. Signs up for a full-fee service offered by Astrum Consultants.
    2. Makes full payment for the chosen service, by the due date.
    3. Trial signups, free consultations, or discounted services do not qualify as a qualifying referral.

4. Referral Incentive:

  • Existing clients will receive a “once off” discount of $50 on their next service upon a qualifying referral.
  • Only one discount of $50 is permitted in any one financial year.
  • Multiple referrals within the one financial year will only count towards one discount (i.e. multiple referrals are non-cumulative).
  • The offer is not redeemable for cash.

5. Payment:

  • The referral discount will be applied to the existing client’s next service invoice.
  • Astrum Consultants reserves the right to withhold the referral discount if the referred client cancels their service within 30 days from enrolment or fails to make full payment.

6. Program Termination:

  • Astrum Consultants reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time with or without notice.
  • Astrum Consultants may also disqualify any client from the program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimer:

  • This program is void where prohibited by law.
  • Astrum Consultants is not liable for any technical errors, malfunctions, or lost referrals.
